The Township of Centre Wellington is the largest municipality in Wellington County and one of the fastest growing communities in Ontario with about 26,000 residents. Centre Wellington was formed through the amalgamation of Fergus, Elora, and parts of Nichol, Pilkington, West Garafraxa and Eramosa Townships.

The Grand River Conservation Authority has three magnificent parks in Centre Wellington, Belwood Lake, Elora Quarry and Elora Gorge Parks. Experience the excitement at Grand River Raceway and Slots. Culture abounds with the many live theatre, musical performances and art exhibits.
