A public information meeting and special council meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 22 at the Elora Community Centre to outline the various design and funding options for the Victoria Street Pedestrian Bridge. The goal of this meeting will be to showcase the options to the public for review prior to a special Council meeting that will follow the public information meeting. Members of the public will also have the opportunity to speak their thoughts on the project as delegates at the council meeting that will follow.

Public Open House. The public is encouraged to drop in during this time frame to review the design and funding options for the Victoria Street Pedestrian Bridge and to fill in a survey to indicate their preferences and provide comments.
Presentation by BT Engineering
A special Council meeting where presentations will be made to Council by Staff and BT Engineering. Community delegations are encouraged to speak to Council at this time to provide feedback on their support for any of the design and funding options. We encourage people to register with the Township Clerk as a delegation however delegations will have the ability to speak without registering prior. Residents can register as a delegation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 519.846.9691 ext. 243. The presentation of the Victoria Street Pedestrian Bridge design and funding options will be posted on line for community review and input and survey responses on Wednesday, November 15th. The presentation and survey will be posted on the Township's website at www.centrewellington.ca/victoriastreet and www.connectcw.ca. Comments and completed surveys will be accepted until 12 p.m. on November 22.
