At the April 2, 2007 regular meeting of Council, By-law No. 2007-021 was approved, which designates the Township of Centre Wellington as an area subject to Demolition Control in accordance with Section 33 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990.
From and after the passing of this By-law, any work including the demolition or removal of the whole or part of any residential property will require a demolition permit authorized by the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Centre Wellington.
