Request a Termite Inspection
To request a Termite Inspection, please complete the Request for Termite Inspection Form in the library below.
All three items are required to be submitted to our office before an Inspection will be scheduled.
1. Completed Termite Request Form.
2. Letter of permission from the property owner(s) allowing the Township of Centre Wellington Building Department to conduct a Termite Inspection on the requested date and time. Please contact our office at least
48 hours
in advance to schedule the Termite Inspection.
3. Payment in the amount of $108.00. Cash, Cheque (payable to the Township of Centre Wellington) or Debit Card will be accepted.
