Box Office
The Fergus Grand Theatre box office operates an on-line ticket sales service for the majority of user groups staging events at the facility. Purchases may be made by Visa or Master card.
The Walk-in box office is open to the public Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Purchases may be made by Visa, Master card, Debit, cheque or cash. Telephone orders may be placed at (519) 787-1981.
Volunteers
The Fergus Grand Theatre Volunteers are a growing group of enthusiastic people who participate in a wide variety of activities at the theatre. They staff front of house, concession, and box office during events being staged at the theatre and assist in providing extended box office hours one hour before all events. They provide work crews for clean-up, redecorating and seat maintenance. As well, they assist in efforts to enhance the quality of services to both user groups and patrons attending the Fergus Grand Theatre. They are central to the theatre’s growing success story.
