Centre Wellington has purchased 58 acres of land for the area's first business park. Located in the north-east area of Fergus, with easy access to Highway 6, the new Fergus Business Park will provide shovel ready land for industrial uses. The parcels of land will be ready for sale in late 2021/2022 after planning, zoning and servicing is completed on the site.
