Centre Wellington is home to Groves Memorial Community Hospital. The hospital, in partnership with the Township, engages in an active doctor recruitment program.
A variety of health services are available throughout the community including the Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health Unit as well as many private health service businesses.

Wellington Terrace, a County funded long-term care facility housing 176 residents is the fifth largest employer in the Township. It is located at 474 Wellington Road 18, Fergus.
Hospice Wellington provides services to support those individuals of Guelph and Wellington County who are living with a life-limiting illness or experiencing grief and bereavement. These programs extend to the families and caregivers supporting those diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Our community programs intend to support Hospice Wellington clients through the experience of life-limiting illness, caregiving, and bereavement.
