There are many multi-use parks and sports fields in Centre Wellington where a variety of games and tournaments are held, including baseball, soccer, rugby, football and lacrosse.
We have outdoor rinks at Bissel park, Beatty park, and at the Belwood ball diamonds which are now open for skating! These rinks are built and maintained by volunteers. In past year's, we have had rinks at Strathallan, Stait, Drimmie and Webster Parks. We do not have volunteers to build these rinks this Winter.
If you are interested in volunteering to help build or maintain rinks our parks please contact Matt Tucker at mtucker@centrewellington.ca or 519 846-9691 ext. 337
Our splash pads are located at Millburn Park in Fergus and O'Brien Park in Elora. They both operate from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The splash pads closed in September for the season but we look forward to opening them again late in May 2019!
There are a variety of special events throughout the year that utilize our parks and sports fields.
To inquire about booking one of our sports fields, please contact Centre Wellington Parks and Recreation.
