CENTRE WELLINGTON – We are bringing our Connect CW concept to you, on one night, in one location, for all residents to have an opportunity to meet with the staff and project team members on our major Township initiatives.
"We held our first Key Projects Open House back in October, and it was an outstanding success!" stated Mayor Kelly Linton. "We had residents arrive to learn more about one project, but ended up learning about so much more happening in their own community than they knew was taking place at the time. This is a great opportunity for us to showcase the major projects happening in CW, under one roof on one evening. We know everyone is busy, this is your chance to take a few hours out of your evening to learn about all of our major projects. It's time to connect CW!"
The open house style will allow residents to learn and inquire about key projects, participate in surveys and gather information on what matters the most to them.
Key projects showcased:
- 2018 Municipal Election
- Development Manual
- Long Term Water Supply Master Plan
- St. David Street Bridge
- Victoria Street Pedestrian Bridge & West Mill Street
- Parks, Recreation & Culture Master Plan
- Major Road Construction Projects
- Transportation Master Plan
Wednesday, April 4 from 6 to 8 p.m.
