Join us for our Key Township Projects Open House (drop-in event style), where you will have the opportunity to meet the staff and consultants for our major ongoing projects!
This interactive evening will give residents the chance to ask questions, engage on projects, and learn more about the status and timelines of key projects that matter most to you.
The Township of Centre Wellington has received a complete application for an official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment pursuant to Section 17 and Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. The Township’s file numbers for these applications are OP007-2025 and RZ006-2025. The subject land is known municipally as 650 Victoria Terrace, Fergus.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Centre Wellington passed By-law No. 2025-58 on the 29th day of September 2025, an amendment to Township of Centre Wellington By-law No. 2009-045, as amended, pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
