CENTRE WELLINGTON – We know many residents and businesses are experiencing financial strain because of COVID-19.  The Township is committed to taking action to help ease this burden. Earlier this week, Wellington County and all seven member municipalities announced that, as an initial step, all penalties and interest on both tax and water/sewer payments on 2020 amounts would be waived for 60 days from the due date.

CENTRE WELLINGTON – In response to COVID-19 and to limit the spread, Building Services has made some operational changes to ensure the safety of our staff.  Building inspections will resume on Thursday, March 26 with the following strict protocols:
Inspections will only be conducted for unoccupied buildings where no persons will be present on the day of the inspection.
Occupied residential buildings and/or properties will not be inspected.
