Annual Watermain Flushing Map Between September 16 th and October 4 th , the Township of Centre Wellington will conduct annual watermain flushing. 
Over time, naturally occurring minerals found in our groundwater can build up as sediment in the pipes.  Watermain flushing is the process used to clean watermains of this sediment.  This is accomplished by flushing high velocity water through fire hydrants.  Our cleaning program improves water quality and only clean water is used in the...
