Councillor Lisa MacDonald

Lisa is proud to serve on the Centre Wellington Council. Lisa is a member of the Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators and holds the Certificate from Osgoode/York University in Administration of Boards, Tribunals and Commissions. Lisa is an accredited board Director (Acc.Dir) with The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. Lisa holds Graduate diploma in Human Resources Management, and Western University – Graduate Diploma in Public Administration. Past education in Chemical Engineering Technology, and a Certificate from Schulich School of Business in CAO leadership. Lisa specializes in labour relations, and organization culture.

Lisa has held past provincial appointments as the Vice-Chair Wellington County Police Services Board, Vice -Chair of Ontario Association of Police Services Boards, and a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission.  Lisa’s passion for volunteering serves a member of the Fergus-Elora Rotary helping to build the Aboyne Rural Hospice. In addition, Lisa serves as a Director on the Food Day Canada National board, Groves Memorial Hospital Board, and the Vice President of the KW Figure Skating Club. 

Lastly, Lisa lives with her family in Elora, Ontario.
