Your Voter Information Letter is on its way!
Voter Information Letters (VILs) are starting to be delivered today.
Our election vendor advised that letters would be delivered by the end of last week; however, due to a delay, they were mailed out on Thursday. We appreciate your patience as delivery continues.
Your VIL includes the information you need to vote by internet or telephone in the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections.
Voting is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the voting period, from October 13 to October 26. We are already seeing ballots being cast - once your letter arrives, you can vote whenever is convenient for you.

Free WiFi in Downtown Fergus & Elora
Through the Township’s Tourism Strategy, ongoing partnerships with the downtown Business Improvement Area’s and Regional Tourism Organization 4 (RT04), it became apparent that this was a priority for our community. By offering free WiFi to our residents and visitors, our story, will organically be shared and communicated through social media. Access to maps, directions, finding a unique downtown store, restaurant hours and information about what to do in Centre Wellington will be much easier utilizing the free WiFi.
