Fergus Grand Theatre Co-Presenting Program

Great performances happen when we work together. The Fergus Grand Theatre's Co-Presenting Program creates new opportunities to bring diverse and exciting artists and performances to our stage.

Partners. Community. Culture.

What is Co-Presenting?

Co-pros are a common way to expand audiences, increase performance opportunities, and mitigate risk. There are many different forms that a co-presenting/co-pro event can take. Usually two (or sometimes more) parties work together to present an artist or show, under mutually agreed upon terms.

Learn more about the program

Co-presenting is a structured partnership between the Fergus Grand Theatre and the presenting organization. The financial arrangement is established through the required project budget and agreed upon before the event moves forward.

The budget sets out the project’s anticipated expenses, revenues, and each party’s responsibilities, providing a clear framework for how the co-presentation will operate.

Connect to Community Goals

Tell us how your project supports Theatre or Township priorities, such as arts and culture, tourism, community impact, economic development, inclusion, or belonging.

Plan Your Audience

Think about who the event is for, how you will promote it, and how you will build interest in the community.
