Culture Days 2026: Together We Create
September 18 – October 4, 2026
Creativity thrives where people come together. In Centre Wellington, art is shaped through shared experiences, collaboration, and a strong sense of community. From informal workshops and gatherings to festivals and performances, creativity is a collective act that brings together people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds.
The communities of Elora, Fergus, and Belwood each contribute their own character, traditions, and creative voices. Together, they form a vibrant cultural landscape where artists collaborate, skills and stories are shared across generations, and cultural traditions are celebrated side by side.
Centre Wellington continues to be recognized nationally for its strong arts and culture sector. The Township has been named a Top Participating Community by Culture Days for the past three consecutive years, ranking in the Top 10 across Canada—reflecting the strength of local artists, organizations, volunteers, and community partners.
Surrounded by inspiring landscapes and rich heritage, Centre Wellington offers space for creativity to flourish through visual art, music, dance, storytelling, culinary arts, and hands-on making. Creativity becomes a way to connect—with place, with each other, and with community.
The Culture Days 2026 theme, Together We Create, celebrates collaboration, inclusion, and collective expression. It highlights how creativity strengthens community connections and fosters belonging.
