The Township of Centre Wellington is dedicated to empowering organizations in their quest to host outstanding community events. At the Cultural Resource Centre, we offer a range of rental resources, including our Watercart for convenient access to municipal drinking water, ensuring your gathering flows effortlessly. We aim to assist organizations in providing enjoyable experiences for attendees, helping to enhance the economic vitality of our community.

Cultural Resource Centre (CRC)

The Cultural Resource Centre is a one-stop hub supporting community events across Centre Wellington by providing equipment rentals and event resources.

Event organizers can rent resources for activities held in Township spaces. Community groups can also partner with the CRC by sharing or donating equipment.

Water Cart

The Township's Water Cart provides free drinking water for eligible community events from May 1 to September 30.

The cart is available through a partnership between the Township and local festival organizations, including the Fergus Scottish Festival, Riverfest Elora, Fergus Fall Fair and the Elora Festival.

It features bottle-filling stations, drinking fountains and an accessible design. The cart connects directly to a municipal water spigot, making it easy to set up at your event.

Water Cart Delivery & Inspection Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8 AM – 3 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 11 AM
Excluding holidays
