Digital Public Displays

Digital public displays provide an opportunity to share approved recognition, awareness, educational, or community content on Township TV screens.
Displays are digital only and are typically created, adapted, or formatted using Canva. They are intended to provide short, clear, accessible information for residents and visitors in Township spaces.

The application window for 2027 is July 15th through October 25th, 2026.

Applicants do not need final display content ready at the time of application.

If the request is approved, final content can be uploaded later by the deadline provided by Township staff. Content may be created by the applicant, submitted as an image or PDF, or prepared in Canva where appropriate.

Township staff may request edits before the display is posted. Edits may be required for readability, formatting, accessibility, tone, accuracy, or public suitability.

Digital display content should be:
  • clear and easy to read on a screen;
  • short and focused on one main message;
  • appropriate for a public municipal setting;
  • respectful in tone and language;
  • visually accessible, with strong contrast and readable font size;
  • connected to the approved recognition request;
  • free from commercial, partisan, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

Slide decks must use Township approved templates.
