A Request for Proposal was issued to provide design build and construction management services for the construction of a new Operations Centre.  The Design-Builder will have sole responsibility for all necessary design-build and construction management services which, for this project, will be separated into 2 Phases.

Phase 1 - Develop and define the scope and deliverables up to and including detailed design, budget estimates, complete tender drawings, as well as tender documents for all work packages, utilizing acceptable procurement tools in compliance with the Township’s Procurement Policy.
