New Business Park Sale Supports Continued Growth in Centre Wellington

CENTRE WELLINGTON – The Township of Centre Wellington is pleased to announce the sale of Lot 3 (685 Dickson Drive) in the North Fergus Business Park to HD Property Corp., marking another important step in the continued development of the community’s employment lands.

HD Property Corp. is a local construction and property management company specializing in renovations, additions, timber framing, maintenance, and the management of a growing portfolio of rental properties. The company has deep roots in Wellington County and will continue to expand its operations within Centre Wellington.

The development planned for the site includes a 50’ x 150’ fully insulated wood-frame shop featuring five bays—one to be occupied by HD Property Corp. and four additional units available for rent to other trades and small industrial users. As operations grow, the company anticipates expanding its on-site occupancy. Once fully developed and occupied, the project is expected to initially support approximately 12–15 tradespeople, with potential growth to 20–24 employees in the future.
