The Township of Centre Wellington has approximately 42 acres of land for the area's new business park. Located in the north-east area of Fergus, with easy access to Highway 6, the new business park provides shovel ready employment lands. 

The land has been zoned Industrial Business Park (M2.BP) and serviced, and the Township is now inviting interested parties to submit Letters of Intent. The Letter of Intent is the next step as businesses work towards acquiring a lot in the municipal business park.

The minimum purchase price has been confirmed by Council as $450,000 per acre. Offers below this value will not be considered.
