The Township of Centre Wellington has approximately 45 acres of land for the area's new business park. Located in the north-east area of Fergus, with easy access to Highway 6, the new business park will provide shovel ready employment lands. The Township also has other municipal business park land available, at 101 Gregson Court and 970 Gartshore Street, Fergus.

The land has been zoned and serviced, and the Township is now inviting interested parties to submit Letter of Intents. The Letter of Intent is the next step as businesses work towards acquiring a lot in the municipal business park.

The minimum purchase price has been confirmed by Council as $450,000 per acre. Offers below this value will not be considered.
