The Township’s file number for this application is RZ009-2026. The subject land is known municipally as65 and 69 Bridge St, Elora.

The purpose and effect of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to change the zoning from “R1A” to “R3” to allow the development of a townhouse block with four (4) units.
