Wellington County Community Improvement Funding Top-Up Program

If you’re interested in a Community Improvement project and you require extra capital to access it, the Community Futures Offices in Wellington County offers low-interest loans to help you. If you are approved for a CIP project by the Township of Centre Wellington, you will automatically be approved for these loans from the Community Futures office.
