Downtown Fergus Illumination Grant Program

 

 

The Fergus Downtown Illumination Grant Program was approved by Council on April 14, 2025, as part of the Township’s Community Improvement Plan (CIP). This grant supports the installation of façade lighting on eligible commercial, mixed-use, and institutional buildings in Downtown Fergus along St. Andrew Street W between Tower Street and St. David Street N.

Applicants may receive up to $6,500 in combined funding for lighting equipment and professional installation. A completed application and compliance with the Downtown Fergus Illumination Grant Lighting Guidelines are required.
