Wellington County Community Improvement Funding Top-Up Program

The County Invest Well Program provides financial incentives from the County of Wellington (upper-tier municipality) to local municipalities within Wellington County. These funds help support incentive programs offered through local Community Improvement Plans (CIPs).

If you are applying for a CIP incentive through the Township of Centre Wellington, you may also be eligible for additional “top-up” funding from the County. The Township can apply to the County for this top-up funding on your behalf, provided that the project meets the County’s eligibility requirements.

If you believe your project may qualify and you are interested in being considered for this additional funding, please indicate this on your application. Township staff will then begin the top-up funding application process on your behalf.
